Pompei Homes Ltd. is a small volume, custom builder that takes pride in our personalized service. Established in 1972, the family business has grown into its second generation and enjoys many referrals and repeat clients.

Sergio takes great pride in his European heritage and woodworking background. In Italy at the age of fourteen, he entered an apprenticeship as a furniture maker and by nineteen became a qualified master supervisor of a furniture factory.
In 1962, Sergio immigrated to Canada, working as a cabinet maker and finishing carpenter. With a strong interest in new home construction, he gained experience in many of the trades. He worked from the ground up, from pouring basements and framing to final finishing.
Sergio built his first home in 1967. As his family grew, so did the need for a larger home, which he built in 1971. He put his heart and soul into its design and construction. A friend of the family was so impressed, that he asked Sergio to build one for him. That year, through word of mouth, he built seven homes.
In 1972, Sergio officially opened Pompei Homes Ltd. and he is currently providing his wealth of experience and knowledge in our showhomes as our sales manager.
Sergio is very proud of his family and business. He considers his wife Doriana the foundation that holds his company together. Sergio is also thankful for all of his customers throughout the years. They allowed Pompei Homes to create masterpieces and enabled him to follow his heart and his love of building.

Starting as a young boy, Tino has always had an interest in construction. Now with technology and ingenuity, the house building process has become more refined and advanced. Being involved in the Edmonton home builders association, Tino is in contact with all the latest code updates, newest technology, energy efficiencies, and comforts for your home, not to mention a vast network of piers, trades, and suppliers. This time invested to our industry only translates to passion put into building a home specifically designed for our clients.
Tino is more than just a supervisor or construction manager, he spends time with the clients and keeps them up to date with the whole process of construction.
Outside of work, Tino, his wife Christine, and kids Larissa and Peter, enjoy playing soccer, getting muddy with his quad, and spending quality time with his many friends. It's interesting to see the twinkle in Peters eyes when he spends some time on the job sites. Maybe a third generation is in the works. |

Dario has always been intrigued with home design since a very young age. Growing up, Dario often tagged along with his father and brother gaining essential hands on and technical experience at the job sites. While actively taking part in many duties, from site clean up to framing and finishing, he had many opportunities to learn and relate with various trades, further enhancing his design skills.
In 1992 he received a certificate in Architectural Technology and introduced leading edge 3D Computer Aided Visualization technologies to the company. For the next ten years, Dario provided his services in the showhome as a sales representative and a custom home designer. During that time, he also implemented many other computer related technologies in the office, including a state of the art quotation and project management system.
Dario’s education, hands on experience, and technological expertise became an excellent foundation for his current position as General Manager for the company.
Dario aspires to contiinue being a leader in design trends and technology and vows to never stop learning.
Dario also enjoys working alongside his wife Claudia. With a degree in Graphic Design, Claudia collaborates on various marketing projects.

A bit of a tomboy growing up with her two older brothers, Anna could also be found at the job sites on occasion. Being the youngest in the family, she observed all aspects of the family business as it expanded. As she got older, Anna was able to find her niche within the company. She is glad to be able to contribute to it's success.
Anna enrolled at the University of Alberta to further her skills in finance, accounting and operations management. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in commerce, she began working full time at the office. Presently, she has a wide variety of responsibilities, from estimating to color selections to ordering materials.
