	The Alberta New Home Warranty Program The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (the Program) was founded in 1974 by Alberta home builders to provide a package of warranty protections and to encourage improved performance for the new home building industry. Since its inception, the Program has been a leader and innovator in the provision of warranty services to the home building industry and was the first program of its kind to be introduced in Canada.
	The Canadian Home Builders Association – Edmonton Region CHBA - Edmonton Region is an association of residential construction professionals who work together to make their industry stronger. Affiliated with CHBA - Alberta and the Canadian Home Builder’s Association, it is committed to making the industry better through their work on building codes and standards, government relations, safety, education, energy efficient housing, networking opportunities and more.

	Quality Service Awards : 1986 - Present The Alberta New Home Warranty’s annual Service Awards are designed to acknowledge not only excellence in service, but also to recognize those builders who have developed the systems and the discipline to achieve “Excellence in Customer Service” year after year on a consistent and sustainable basis. Milestone Awards are presented after consecutive years of Service Awards as follows:
